Muffin Top

I'd like to share with you some of the details I've gotten about getting rid of the muffin top. A big part of it is cardio exercise to burn calories, toning, strength training and sleep.
Beware of sugary drinks with empty calories, they can add to belly fat.
Ensure you get your fiber every day, this helps.
Avoid refined carbohydrates such as white rice, pasta and potatoes can contribute to a sizable muffin top instead go for whole grains, fruits and veggies.
8-10 hours of sleep a night helps to keep our stress hormones down which helps with shrinking the waist line. You can also use deep breathing, meditation and maybe even yoga to keep those stress hormones down.

Love New Sizes :0)

In the beginning a size 16 in pants was VERY tight; in fact, size 18 was in my near future. I was so depressed about that. My shirt size was XL but again I was heading for a XXL. As far as dresses, I'm not really sure. Honestly, I would never wear them due to embarrassed over my legs. My feet and ankles would swell to the point even size 9W shoes hurt them. Now I have no swelling so fitting in a 8 - 8 1/2 comfortable is not a problem.

20 weeks after my Isagenix live change, I'm happy to announce the I'm in a size 10 pants and a L in shirts. I tried on a size 8 pair of Levis, I'm close! There's work to be done on slimming the abs and butt before I can fit in them comfortably.
